What we collect

We collect the information you submit: trade and company details, incident description, evidence selections, current workflow, name, email address, and whether you want pilot information.

How we use it

We use submissions to generate the requested audit, evaluate demand for the pilot, improve the workflow, and contact people who request pilot information. Submissions are private and are not displayed publicly.

What not to submit

Do not include customer names, addresses, contract numbers, health information, payment-card information, or confidential project documents. The free audit does not accept file uploads.

Retention and requests

During validation, submissions are retained for analysis and pilot follow-up. You may request access or deletion by replying to any pilot communication you receive.

Important limitation

This is an early validation pilot, not a finished commercial service. Privacy practices and this notice may be updated before a commercial launch.
